Refund policy

We accept refunds and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.

Please note that items with removed tags or signs of wear will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
